Being on the Compass Rose Floral team means getting to work with a supportive, collaborative, and cheerful group! Our team works Tuesday through Saturday designing budget-friendly and eco-friendly faux florals for all types of events and occasions. Every member of our team is expected to provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with poise, organization, and a servant attitude. Our team works very hard but has a lot of fun in the process!
